Cellest She's a genetic experiment where the DNA of an Alligator was twisted nearly beyond recognition to make her.
She has alligator teeth and alligator skin though the pigmentation is different.
She has over grown bones that protrude from her back that she pulls out of her body to fight with that regenerate in a 24 hour period.
The curved horns were a cosmetic feature the scientist put in to make her look more intimidating. The breasts are also purely cosmetic as she is reptilian.
She also has nano bots in her blood stream and under her skin that make her able to 'channel' fire and 'lightning'. Both are only a use of the static electricity and conditions around her.

CritoA failed Attempt at making a genetic super soldier.
The base genes are that of a a long haired house cat and a badger but after bone modification and the addition of nano bots to produce the 'shadow arms' along with generations of breeding his line was labeled a failed line. He has tough skin and quick reflexes but is hindered by his over sized tail. (Which was very difficult to breed out of the line.)
