Hmm, i wear my nylon collar like 24/7... no problem.  Mine is quite tight around my neck so it doesn't move around that much.
You can allways try a leather one, or get ony from collarfactory for example (They can put in a liner).

Here you go! The green one's mine,the purple one went to my ex whilst we were still dating. He still wears it,but I ended up putting mine on my beagle,Jake. It's just WAY too hot where I live for such fluffiness around your neck.  X3

Both were made by Wolfy on Fur Affinity,and are EXTREMELY compfy. ^~^

I haven't gotten a collar yet sadly :( , but for the past week or so i have been wearing this lanyard that wraps around my neck and I have gotten used to it so I am waiting on a collar hopefully coming soon.

YAY I GOT MY NEW COLLAR X3 . I went in with my mom and I thought she was going to pay for it but then she just walked past the counter and I had to get my money out... ya it was awkward. Well here's a picture, not sure if i am brave enough to wear it to school yet. :?

First I didn`t want to get a collar, since im more of wild animal and I don`t like to feel that im not free. But after reading the entire thread here, I really want one. As a symbol for being a furry. Im proud of being a furry, im not shouting out loud "LOOK AT ME, IM A FURRY!!!" but I want to show that im a furry. This is the best community i have ever been in and im proud to be a part of it. I feel more at home on this forum than in my own house. So I will probaly get a collar pretty soon  XD

There was nothing magical when I took it on for the first time, it was a little to tight, but now its fine. I don`t have it as a sign of domestication (hope that is the right word), I use for showing my furrynes. I am not shouting "IM A FURRY, LOOK AT ME!" but I want to show who I am. I do not wear this in public yet, I use it when im home alone, and I sleep with it.

Mine, if you can believe it started out as a submissive thing with my mate :3
Either way I wear it whenever the family isn't around (wish it was more often XD)
I occasionally wear the chain leash too, but my mate and I have decided that it's better to use that whe the time is appropriate (when going out) and just have the collar on the rest of the time. Anyway the leash tends to add weight to the collar which can become uncomfortable if worn for too long, it's much easier just the wear the collar itself :3
When I wear it though I get a rush to animalistic energy, wanting to get down all fours and often remove most or all clothing, except for the collar XD I also like wearing it out in public because of the weird looks I get sometimes, they amuse me ^^

Collarfactory.com is where I got mine  :)  They're expensive, but custom made to order, super super comfy and are very high quality.
