To try to help, I did a redline for you.
The biggest issues are marked in yellow.
The line where the upper lips fall over the lower jaw is placed way too high. Most animals you can only see a tiny bit of their lower jaw; the upper jaw and lips appear much larger and cover most of the lower jaw inside the lips. The nose also needed to be larger.
The back of the head was too low, eliminating the gentle slope around the back of the head that bears usually have to give them a stocky, thick neck.
The rest was really pretty good overall, just minor adjustments. You had the overall round shape of the head that bears have. Although the ears could have been a tiny bit more round, they aren't too overly pointy either. The eye placement on the head is close enough to look okay too.
