Indeed... Just like music and me... I need to practice a lot  ... But you can do it as I'm sure every artists had to struggle with simple shapes ^-^

Believe me Drake, probably even Kaprika had to practice to get to her level (Can't really speak for her but it's a safe assumption). I'm still practicing myself and you will ALWAYS keep finding little things that need fixing, but that's why we keep drawing, to get better at it.

After a long bout with depression and family drama/problems that have prevented me from working, I have decided to resume my art study

I'm working on an art trade at the moment, my initial sketches will be posted soon

That's right! Don't let yourself get discouraged, you just have to keep practicing. You'll improve over time, after all everyone had to start from somewhere.

Believe me I know that feeling too well. Don't let it bother you, it won't go well.

this is the result of my forced one month hiatus, it's a preliminary sketch of an art trade I'm doing for someone on FA, I'll be drawing this character like fifteen more times tonight I guess
