Well from what I understood, he's a scientist that was human before but someone's experience turned out wrong, transforming him into an anthro... I'll have to check if it was part of a Valkyr experimentation or just another random experiment... Cuz if it can be due to a Valkyr experiment, w could possibly include him in our research as well as preparing the Valkyr sample.... So he could have two jobs in one and that way, we would have someone else to test the new sample ^-^
