Since I have no real "rules" for the psionics of Ninetails, I'm just kind of making it up as I go along based of stories and rules I've learned. Please tell me if I'm going to far or doing something I shouldn't.

I can always modify.


Also, sorry for taking liberties with the Spy. I thought it would be more fun. Tell me if I need to modify.

Not to rain on your parade or anything, personally I wish I could set fire to the rain.

Uh... I think the Lylatians are a little more advanced than what you have credited them for O.o.

The fighters they use are capable for both aerial and space warfare on a dime (meaning no change).

All fighter jets on the lylatian side don't exactly need wings to fly, but more so to stabilize for planet warfare.
They use the jets on the wing boom jets (The large triangular structures on the arwings, wolfens, and basic cornerian jets) to do the actual turning and maneuvers in a near zero-turn style way. Which means the elevators on the tail fins are pretty much out of date. Though they still remain on the wings, it's mostly for remaining stable and quick turning on air resistance.

The bombs might not be missiles, but they are mini nukes that home in or just drop and explode. A charged shot will also effectively become a missile it's self and home in.

The planes are also able to withstand an ungoddly temperature (Hence the journey to solar without a complete meltdown or overheating), go into a black hole (worm hole, not a real singularity) safely (with the help of G-Diffusers. Proven in comics, and even do able in game.), and deflect any projectiles with a magnetic pulse when spinning. There are even varients to all the fighters according to Command and SNES SFII.

Shoot the Arwing II had the ability to transform into bipedal machines, or go underwater without ripping apart.

There is also a weird giant satellite diffusing laser gun thing orbiting Corneria that can shoot... pretty much anywhere in the lylat system, and destroy an entire armada. Not sure if it's still operational... because there are hundreds of alternate stories in Starfox.



Really, the only things the fighters suck at is the armor, and speed. The arwings pretty much real over after a direct file from a small plasma round, and direct contact to any surface pretty much devastates the thing. The cornerian ships can go fast, but they are harder to control. To turn, they must roll 90, then turn when going faster than cruise apparently.

Oh and flying barrel rolling tanks.

Let it rain Tangletail, in a hurried fashion I had forgotten to note those and basically threw together a quick response. I could be roleplaying much more effectively but I had other issues to deal with. I should also note that the last post regarding Tanya and Mikey's reactions were also halp-hazardly written.

But it's fine man. Just thought I'd point that out before you pull in old school elevators dominating Zero-turn thrusters XD

Oh, also thought that we could pull in one of my characters. The scientist who was the mastermind behind the Demon Weapons, as well as some of the other Lylatian designs. (IE Olaris's armor which he can't wear without a risk). Also the one Ryan mentioned about being in Titania.

1. The Federation uses both atmospheric and dual-purpose craft because of cost efficiency. It is easier to make a atmospheric craft than to make a space interceptor. The price tag of one of our JET fighters is around two to three times as much as an F-22 (The Federation Credit is equal to one USD). While a space fighter like the Type X Cazador costs around 2.5 to three billion Credits to manufacture. You can make six to ten atmospheric fighters for the price of one space fighter.


2. The elevators and tailfins of Federation spacecraft emit an electromagnetic force that provides the maneuvering properties of the craft. It is controlled via fly by wire and is programed to mimic the air friction of the Pokemorph's homeworld of Ultimax. It can be turned off to provide an edge in combat but it's more likely that the pilot will lose control. It can also be turned off for normal atmospheric use.


3. Of course the Federation uses mini nukes as Anti-Air/Anti-Ship weapons. Not Anti-Personnel because radiation has little effect on Pokemorphs because of their sped up evolution due to gamma radiation. But since we have trouble with energy weaponry, we cannot copy the homing lasers and holographic rifles you possess.


4. Nothing a little plasma shielding and magnetic nods can't protect. The Federation is also fond of Hard-Kill defensive weapons because they can both defend and kill. A minigun mounted on the back of a Type X Cazador will make a Lylatian Ace think twice before tailing that fighter now will s/he? A devious part of Federation Avionics is the capability of mounting air to air missiles backwards and firing them at pursuers when the need arises. Stick that in your chaff and smoke it!


5. Okay, that is two things we lack. The Federation is not fond of battle walkers because of their vulnerability to low tech methods of dispatch (e.g. logs from ewoks, catapulted rocks, and tripwires). And we have little use for Surface Naval Warfare outside our home planets. One thing to note is that all of our ground vehicles are amphibious.


6. I am pretty sure that became little more than space junk after the ending of StarFox Command. I decided to go with the Command ending were Krystal and Fox married and had a son, Marcus.

Alright then. It just seemed like I was being dismissed from service...

Am I going to be interrogating a spy soon or will you, as narrator, be taking care of that in some form or fashion? I just want to know what my next post should be structured as.

Oh and Buster? Feel free to play with the last line of my post (keeping Ghost's link while Althea sleeps). Tell me if I need to write anything specific about dreaming or the like. I don't have any plans, but if I'm not told anything, I'll probably just make up stuff... as per normal right?
