With Olaris' ship being submerged inside the water near the base, wouldn't the radar detect the submarine if it's that close to it.

Also, the connection between the ship and Olaris' scouter is bluetooth like. It would be insanely difficult if not impossible to intercept. But can be jammed, or have it's signal slowed down with some effort, but it's difficult, not impossible.

Radar does use radio waves, but it would pick up on fish. The prototypes of radar actually caused English pilots to scramble due to flocks of birds flying too close to the shores of Dover during WWII. Current radar uses a program to "weed" out false signals and it could be possible (if the UPF knows enough about that particular piece of radio equipment) to cause the program to believe the ship is a false signal.

That, or the fact that the submarine has its own radar masking/jamming/hacking system. This universe is set in 2520 era, so expect some fancy gear.

True as far as the Radar systems go, but there would useually be a high level of interference displayed on a portion of the radar if thats the case.


As far as intercepting a bluetooth signal, I don't quite seeing that being done all to easily. The way it works is it switches signals every nano second to keep it secure, and it will normally broad cast data on several channels at the same time. So you kinda need to be-able to grab all of that to get the data for the next signal seed. O.o... that's why it's easier to slow the signal or jam it then to hack it and take control completely. It's nearly impossible,

If she doesn't save him from gunfire by jumping in the way or something like that, there may be a cake or brownie plate that will show up in the barracks later.

Perhaps it's funnier to me, because I've actually had this happen to me before.

Welp, I doubt Olaris is going to comply very easily mainly due to the amount of trouble and grief the group has caused him.
