Do you know any furries in real life?

I don't know about cons though; they seem all well and good if you know someone to hang out with, but if you don't really have any friends, what do you do there? I've never been to one, may have some interest in going though.

If you  have no friends there, make friends.  Strike a conversation, chat and stuff, likely the guy will become your friend.

I don't know any furs in real life, but I know a couple in my city and know of some others that I don't actually know at all. Then I know some from the capital city not far from me. I kinda plan to meet one ofthode furrows soon if we end up talking

I think Ontario is the breeding ground of all furries.  o.o'  I know probably around a hundred furries.  All my friends except one are furries, my partner is a furry (found out after a met him) and one of my two childhood friends is a furry.

I always got confused when people said they hadn't met any because they're practically everywhere here.

Just depends on how social they are, like me for instance; I'm extremely non-social in real life, so I know absolutely no one lol.

My mate is the only furry I know, and he became furry after I told him about it.

I do have a friend who acts a lot like a furry but doesn't actually claim to be one herself. So she's cool with the furry stuff, but it's not exactly the same.

It's alright though. I like hanging out with non-furries too.

I don't know any in real life actually. I have a friend who likes them and asks me to send him pictures of them to his phone sometimes. But he's not a self proclaimed furry I guess. Other than that I don't know ANY furries at all in real life.

i know plenty of furs from my city. we have local meets every 6 weeks so as not to collide with the london fur meets which a few of us go to as well. the facebook page lists 28 cambridge furs, but i'm certain that i've met more than that in my time here. i would strongly advise trying to find a local furs mailing list for anyone who wants to find furs in your area, cause if you live in a place where lots of people gather (with internet of course) then furries won't be far away.

My state has a huge community of furries, but I'm only really friends with two of them. Some of the rest are pretty cool people that I just don't have much to talk to about or do with (we'll chat at the meets or online now and then), but a lot of them I just plain dislike. There's a large number of people who aren't interested in socializing outside their furry clique and teenagers who think it's cool to mess around with the grill at picnics because they're "pyromaniacs."
