From Everflame two, it does note that Leo has some security training after the risk of Space Pirates suddenly became to high for him to fully place his life on the security team. But that is mostly limited to  basic close quarters, and basic gun training.

With my set-up, I can go on a killing spree in Tina City for about 2 or 3 posts, but by the 4th post, I'm facing several Chosen as well as 30+ guards. I would have to run for my life to keep playing my character, because doing the same strategy against guards and their elite counter-parts would get my character killed after the second post.

But I can't even start a killing spree because it is not only tasteless, but it is horribly out of character...

You start traveling when your character's get off their butts and start moving, it's really just that simple.

Also, you guys (whitewolf and cifero) tend to make ridiculously short posts of sometimes only one sentence of speach... I don know about everyone else and Asia, but I tend to expect semi-decent posts in a serious RP that tell a story without a constant back and forth of one-liner posts

Well, I sometimes have to cut down to about 2 lines when fighting occurs, since there is only so much you can describe in one action.

cifero, if wanna say what a tremor serpent looks like (i'm guessing the monsters from the film Tremors.) You could just tell him straight up. Also, keep OOC requests in the OOC thread. that's what it's there for.

And yes while i dont mind smaller posts in more intensive scenes, what's happening right now could be dealt with in about 3/4 larger posts. This isn't an irc roleplay, so treat it like you're writing a story. This isn't a command though, most just a suggestion that may help the whole framework.

As for the request for more action, i could totally bring it to you guys, but cifero seems to have things in mind, what with these tremor serpents.

The tremor serpent came from the Everflame 2 story, where Tabitha and Chronin were staying off the ground to avoid giant worm-like things.
