Sorry about the restrictions, but considering how story focused this is, and how low tech it is, I can't get peril if you're super strong. it's the superman problem.

Not particularly. If you're within the same scene as somebody else then you should wait for others to post. There will be no formal order because that would need to be constantly changed. Just use common sense really.

There can be a wait between posts. After a 5 or so days i might ask where the missing poster is. If they dont reply after a week or so then we'll just move on. If they do come back then they'll have their character sort of do their own thing based on where they last left off so that they're not suddenly popping in on someone else's scene.

in my things people tend to have plot threads that split away and interweave with others so there often wont be big scenes with lots of players involved. And if there are, I'll make sure everyone gets time to talk.

i micro-manage quite a bit so things normally work out pretty well in an organic way

I hope this is not asking for too much. but I think it would give my character more feeling if at first, others pity and treat Aria differently because she is mute, some think she is like...idk stupid?

And yes that idea sounds very good, though her master is aware of her abilities since he's worked with her.
