Early morning Fried Eggs
« on: August 12, 2011, 09:57:33 PM »
Ok so take a skillet, two eggs, some of the everpresent coarse pink himalayan salt and some lemon (MAN I love lemon) and some butter (quantity left to your discression)
What you do is thouroughly coat the skillet in butter (olive oil is a suitable alternative). Turn the stove on HIGH and allow your coating to begin to simmer. Crack two eggs (make sure the yolk is well broken) and drop them in. Wait maybe fifteen seconds before bringing the range to medium heat. After the eggs become fairly solid flip them. As your letting them finish up grab your plate. Salt the plate. Flip your eggs onto the plate. Squeeze lemon on the eggs.
Serves two. use one egg for single serving.
You wont regret it <3

Life is an adventure! Sure, you'll probably spend most of it weeping uncontrollably, and on fire, but hey!
