I have managed to keep them all separate. Especially since they are all different. Apoc World is really character driven, Shadowrun is meant to be more stealthy doing jobs legal and illegal and uses many d6's(six sided dice). Firefly is like Shadowrun but set in the firefly world, but uses most dice.
