*Hunter ordered a simple drink and sat there for some time before taking it outside to talk to Grace, he approached her*
"Hey Grace, ive marked a town on the war map that has a mine in it. A gold mine. Plus, ive picked up some rumours that that town has a rather large amount of weaponry, armor, and soldiers.
Its not far from here, just a few miles to the east."

Nothing at all could foretell what was going to happen when Pheobe, Gaara, Roxy, Kastor, Karn Malden and the fleeing Lord were all showered with bolts and arrows, Kastor getting multiple hits and dying on the spot attempting to breathe through his crushed trachea. Some words might have been tried to be said, but only a horrible bloody cough came out as he fell and stopped moving.

"Charge!" shouted an angry voice and a group of chainmailed men came out of dark alleys besides the docks and dropped their bows, switching to axes.

"Gold mine, you say? What are we waiting for?" Grace said as she picked up her new piece of equipment--a large metal rod with an enormous piece of cast iron beam, all covered in a thin layer of gold.

"I think we should warn the rest of the landing party. Someone might decide to be less passive about us than those drunkards," Dalavesta said with worry and flicked her ears.

 

[Cifero Windtail]

*Cifero nods... then flicks his ears up.*
"We're too late...Kastor...."
*Suddenly, the crat rushs out of the tavern and flies to the docks, encountering the attacking men.*
"Crap..."
*Landing quickly, Cifero drew his sword, then looked back. He could tell that most of the others had gotten away with only slight wounds and was relieved... until he saw Kastor. His eyes widened.*
"... no..."
*Getting mad, he sheathed his sword, then turned on the men and glared at them.*
"I pity you... I pity you a lot."
*Suddenly, the crat seems to get very, very serious... much to serious for someone his age.*
"Alright... which of you is the leader of this goddamn troop?"

aeron quickly adds an agility spell to himself, following the sound of cifero's wing beats, as he comes upon the mob he doubles and redoubles the strength of the spell he stands in front of them, vibrating and standing in his tattered brown robe, making him look very much like an old man, able to smell the adrenaline, blood, and hear the clatter of weapons, he speaks with a rough growl turning his blind eyes upon them so as to make himself appear weaker "drop the weapons, get a doctor, if he dies, you die"

"Alright, ive readied a small amount of soldiers capable of seizing that town- with our help."
*He goes to gather said troops, standing and awaiting Grace, he throws a look to the craftsmen- still busy on his design, but he focusses his attention on a possible upcoming battle*

[Sne]

The mob stopped the charge and made a tight formation when their leader made a sign with his paw as he noticed the sudden reinforcements. He grunted.
"There are too many of them, retreat!" he commanded. "We got one, that's enough for now," he said with a grin and the whole group dispersed and vanished in the narrow alleys.

"Excellent," Grace said and marched out, "Soon we will be invincible," she added.

Soon this world will be cleansed and conquered.

[Cifero Windtail]

* Cifero rushed forward to catch the leader hoping to talk to him, but the force dissapears too fast.*
"DAMMMIT!"
*He looked back at Kastor.*
"Those fools..."
*he sighed... then widened his eyes.*
"Perhaps..."
*The crat walked over to Kastor and knelt down.*

"Soon we will be, indeed. This pathetic world will fall under our mighty armies." He said with pride
He set out with Grace and the selected group of soldiers to take the town of Wolgrand.
He grinned at the thought of the inhabitans running in fear from him and Grace.

aeron hears the order to retreat "oh no you don't" the flutter of a brown cloak is heard as it falls to the ground and all can be seen is a white blur, before cifero can turn there are 4 unconsous men laying on the ground and aeron drops to the ground, the spell worn out and him as well, he rests on kneeling knees,the tattered brown cloak gone, well worn black leather armor covering his heavily mucle clad body, panting hard "leader....got....away.....question these?

[Roxy Wolf]

*I pull myself up from the arrow ambush* is everyone all... *I look at kastor, and see the multiple arrows pining him to the ground, all I can do is shed a tear and my eyes becomes black, my neck falls to the right side and I rise to the skies*


*seeing Roxane's eye's go black, I quickly gather sand, send it towards her and wraps her in it as black light start to go through her body and the sand around her vibrates* no! not today you don't

*my hands shake, sending pulses out of the fingertips uncontrolled* something happened, something bad.....


*I vanish from sight, appearing right behind the mysterious man, and demon wings grow out of my back and cowers us both* this ends now *I cut my throat* the ultimate blood magic spell ever made, the sacrifice of lifeblood! *the blood from his throat spreads, becomes dark and consume the both of them, leaving only a pile of bones soaked in black blood on the ground*

Grace made a step forward when she felt an impulse, an unpleasant sting that staggered her. She fell on her knee in pain and confusion.

"A part of me--died," she whispered in surprise.

One of the knocked down attackers regained a grip on himself and looked around, throbbing headache making it almost impossible to think. But he didn't need to. Planning in advance was useful. Every beaver knew that.

"Guaaards! Guaaards!" he shouted with a loud, growling voice. "Murderers!" he added and as he got up he threw a small flask between him and kneeling Aeron. He started running when it hit the ground with a quiet crack and the air was filled with incredibly unpleasant smell. Every beaver should have a skunk as a friend...

*Hunter rushed toward Grace, looking at her manufactured eyes*
"Grace, are you O.K.? Respond to me! We, you, cant show weakness now!"

aeron tiredly cast a few quick spells, a nearby sword flew under the retreating soldier, the flat catching the backs of his knees and bending it's self tightly around him aeron passed out


a blinding flash lit the area and a gray wolf was standing where the white aeron had been laying
"stage one gray, let the guards come"
a stream of spells was babbled and the wolves outline blurred and split, two more of himself appearing as his forms coalesced they spoke in unison.

the outline of the aeron in the middle distorted as the other two stepped to the sides


aeron was lying in kastors place....with kastors wounds
kastor was between the other two aerons
unharmed
