*Opens one eye and grins.*
"Alright... I just hope that you like your gift!"
*Jumps on Envar and slips the necklace over the demon's head. Envar realizes what has happened and tries to claw the necklace off, but it's too late. He begins to crumble into dust, and Shadis's soul flies out of one of the cracks, rushing to return to its owner.*
(Hey, I wasn't gonna let Envar take my soul! And it's your fault for bringing him close, Wolf!)
"Rest in peace, Envar!"
*flies away, pursued by the other demons, until he finds an opening. However, it starts to close. He speeds toward it as Envar's screams intensify.*
"Almost there..."
*He just manages to make it through the gap, and the necklace, finished with its job, follows him. He comes out in the medical bay and crashes to the floor.*
"Ow..."
*Drags himself into a sitting position despite the renewed pain in his healed injuries.*
[No, that is not how this is going down. That never actually was Envar. also, Envar wouldn't have let you do that without a fight that you in no way could have won. Please don't powerplay Cifero.]
*As Cifero leaps up to get on Envar, he flies straight through him, as if he wasn't their. To Cifero's surprise, Envis and the other demons fade away. Then, a visage of Envar and the demons appear, fighting Shadis, who is alone. Then, they shift as Shadis slays most of them, and teleports the others away. Then it shows Shadis and the rest of the group returning to the tower, and Envar. IT replays his trickery and their battle. Afterwards it shows Cifero slaying Envar. As that happenes, Cifero feels new waves of pain surge through him. Then it shows Envar possessing Shadis and then attacking the group. A laugh can be heard as Cifero gets his face slashed. Oreo approaches and the group escapes. It then eventually shows the group returning and theri second battle with Envis. Buddy is wounded by his fire. After a brief pause, Midnight returns outside, only to put Buddy down. Another sinister laugh is heard as Buddy's soul passes. BUT it does not get away. Hidden from the group before, Cifero sees, through pained eyes, that Envis had managed to grab Buddy's soul and had him hostage inside a black soul gem. It then went forward in time. To a period that hasn't happened yet. Envis battles the group, and single handedly defeats them all. Grasping their corpses, he devours the souls of each. He tosses the bodies aside and laughs as hords upon hords of demons swarm out of the forrest, attacking the tower. One by one each hero falls. Standing atop the burning tower, Envis clutches a visage of Cifero. HE laughs and stares directly at the real Cifero. He says, in Shadis's own voice,* "Your next." *With that, an explosion persist in the fade as Cifero comes crashing to the ground, parilzyed with pain. the world grew darker and darker, untill all was black. BUT, right before the end, a bright white light blares through the darkness, illuminating all. It's Ziana. with great effort, she reaches out and grabs Cifero, pulling him back into reality. Then, Cifero awakes in a hospital bed alongside Oreo and Ziana. Kastor stands over him.*
"Humpth. you survived. I was hoping your insolence would cost you your soul, or the very least your life." *HE laughs a cruel laugh, his first sign of any real emotion.* "How was the fade? Was it as wonderful as i am told it is? I think not. Well be happy. Your foolishness has probably cost poor Ziana her life. It took all she had just to save you. Im doubtful she will make it. Don't even bother healing her, our healers can do nothing for her. No what do you have to say for yourself?"
