If knife wounds are to small, then simply gouge Ricks eyes out with a rusted spoon poor a bit of salt inside the socket and wait for it to heal. Or you could always try pulling his spine out. It's not like you can kill the kitty ;3

I don't know. In real life I get severe pains in that same area, so I kinda used it in an RP once, and it stuck, and now pretty much all of my characters, at some point, get injured there.
