That's probably because of the growing interests of nekos and kitsunes in Japan. I don't think you'll find a full anthro character too often, though. Mostly tails and ears will be found.

I'll normally see about 10-20 Fursuiters at AWA (Had over 18,000 attendees last year) But theres is a furry store in the dealers room, "Pawstar" which is where I got my new ears from.

I can't order any stuff from pawstar because then my parents would get to the mail before me :/ no matter really, I'll have my own mailbox starting this summer (as long as my roommates don't find it XD)

After halloween my friend Alicia, gave me a pretty black kitty tail, and i wore that around everywhere, u wouldnt believe the looks on peoples faces when they seen it, at first they thought they were trippin', but then they were like "oh, that's cool!" but then it started getting worn out, because i'm an alley cat so i'm always outside, but people would pet me all the time, and i enjoyed it.

Now i'm trying to get myself a doggy tail. Anyone have any ideas on like what color, or breed, or anything like that?
