I get all my stuff at conventions by these people, they have a site to you can order from, I believe they do both synthetic and real tails, don't know about custom air brushing but they got a large selection as far as colors.

That will take some research on your part in order to determine how to get what you want and whether or not you can afford it. It's not really something anyone can just directly tell you.

Try doing a Google search for how to make tails; I'm sure it will come up with something. There is a tutorial for making tails here which would work fine, but there are several different methods out there you could use that may or may not work better for you.

Some fur material can be bought at any local craft or fabric store. Sometimes you may have to buy it online. There is a list of all sorts of resources for that in the sticky thread here.
