hmm, this is tricky... is it an old way of counting time? and if so, is it an hourglass, the stuff in it falls one by one, and when you turn it, it repeats... am I right? my mom told me that I should think about something counting time before the handwatch came... so I came to the hourglass... and I hope I'm right... I dunno if this is a fail...

You know what kind of riddles I really dislike: Word games.


My first inclination was "the horizon" until I read the second half of the puzzle. Nothing seemed to fit as nothing fit both halves of the puzzle. Then I began to count letters...

hmm, I wan't to give you right on it, but they are also reasons it exist, they are all part of it... and it's not a thing you feel, it's a thing you are, or are not... or stand between the two sides of it

Although, if one wanted to take a very dark view of your riddle, the answer could just as easily be Love.

you're not far away... the answer I'm after is like the other side of a coin, it only has 2 sides, and it is the word that describes everything bad...

Greed is a corrupt desire. That which is pure has (by definition) has no corruption and nothing is pure except the divine.
