Inflate the Baloon

(Here comes a new challenger!!)
An emergence hole appears behind Vi, then a black-red dragon shoots out of it and goes for the swordsman.
"Die Keyblabe Bearer!!"

[Cifero Windtail]

(DUDE! Not cool, we have a thing going on here!)
*Vi lights up the sword and tosses it at the dragon.*
"Go away! Why are you after me?"

[Leiton]

"Kill me? You? HA!"

The king gives the dragon a look and laughs. "Ah, Chrono... My ever faithful dragon of shadow... The creator of two of my sons. Welcome to my coronation!"

The king turned and walked a few steps away. As he walks, Vi is lifted into the air, her arms held tight to her sides by an unseen force. She finally stops, about twenty feet above them. The king turns around and laughs at her.
"You are worthless. I don't know why I ever bothered to give you any of my power. My Wrath? That should have been given to someone a bit more deserving. Cassandra perhaps, or maybe even Wolf. Now, stay there while I wait for them to finish their games"

(A thing that does not involve the popping of baloons, or the inflation of said baloon... At least that is what I could glean from the page.)
He dodges the blade, then scratches his head at the scenery.
"Um... I don't know to be honest... where is this baloon I keep hearing about?"

(Alright. You have god-modded me for the LAST TIME!!!!!)
*Vi looks down.*
"No..."
*When she looks back up, her eyes are glowing slightly.*
"YOU CANNOT HOLD ME!!!!"
*Suddenly, a shockwave of light eminates from Vi, breaking, the king's hold on her. The light touches everything and every one, knocking them back... except for the master balloon... for it is Vi controlling the light, and she wishes the master to live. She hits the ground and lights up her hands.*
"I see you for what you truly are... you are nothing but a spineless old man hiding inside another. You allowed that... that THING to corrupt my brothers."
*She grins slyly*
"Most likely, you were their father."
 

[Chrono Blackwyng]

Chrono floats down, then glares momentarily at the king. "They are your 'sons' for as long as I see fit... then they will return to my side, for they are my umbral children..." He then glances at Vi, and a smirk grows on his face. "So she is the little lightning bug you spoke of... fortunately I am more amused with your fight than concerned about who wins."

[Leiton]

(Oh, very funny. By the way, do you understand my insinuations?)
"Yes... but let me get this straight. They are your sons, dragon, but they are also YOUR sons, king. So that would mean that you two had...."

[Chrono Blackwyng]

Chrono roared with laughter, but somehow managed to stay upright and not leave his sitting position. "They are only his children by name... their bodies only live because I will it so."

[Leiton]

((Um...sorry kid, but did you not read what i posted about how Wolf and Leiton became shades? the umbral dragon scorched them with umbra magic, and it infused into their souls.
And Chrono, they live whether you will it or not. you gave them the power, that is all))

"Hmph. Fine. I'll just accept your..."
*Vi whips around.*
"What do you mean by that?! Are you saying that you could kill them if you wished?"

((No, I did not read for story, I read to confirm that this was a very big deviation from 'Inflate the Baloon'))
Chrono was bluffing, but he was also very skilled at hiding it. "I'm saying that if you killed me, they would die, but if you tried to kill either of them, I just bring them back..."

"Well then... I suppose that I have no other choice..."
*Vi rushes the dragon and jabs him in each of his joints, stunning them a bit.*
"but to stun the evil out of you."

[Leiton]

"Ha! You over-credit yourself, Chrono...
Do not forget that it was I who gave you your power in your youth..."

((It's a pretty big deviation... that's why some of us are a bit apprehensive of letting in a new player... since we are already pretty much done with the story-line... ))
