"Hmmmm, this realm is alot like when I turn into a shadow actually. I think I can pull you out Cassandra. If i transfer my shadow energy into us both, I may be able to slip back again. Brace yourself." *I grab Cassandra in a tight bear hug and focus all of my energy into us both. After a few moments, the whole world seems to turn upsidedown and we are thrown back into our bodies and we both fall to the ground. Winded and tired, but concious never the less.* "Wow! can't believe that actually worked!"

standing back with joseph, sigma looked around hoping to find something to do. "how long you think they will be in there?"

Joseph points to where the two wolves are now lying on the ground.

He walks over to the pair.
"So," he said, "what was all that about?"

*Panting* "She over exterted herself and then her conciousness slipped into another plane of existance. It has happened to mages before. Lucky for her I was able to get her out." *I get to my feet and then help Cassandra up as well* "Well, we're not getting the book lieing around here like this. Lets get going!"
