Cassandra looks over at shadis. "Are you ok?"

She laughs he did indeed forget. The old fool. She rejoyced in the though all someone needed to do was touch the seel on the wall and then she would be free to bring back her master.

[Leiton]

Mawz was farther along in the passage, traveling through the shadows. The sudden flash of light from the flames irritated him.
"Hey, would you mind waiting until I get farther down? The hall cuts right up here.
Oh, and you might want to watch your step. Three feet in front of you is a hole with some pretty silver spikes at the - " He voice cut off.
"Um... Shadis? What does this mean? I can't read this stuff."

[Cifero Windtail]

"It says 'Only the penetant man shall pass,'" Joseph read. "Good thing I read that scroll on foreign languages of the past!"

[Shadis]

"Im, im ok, I think. Lets go find that damn book and be done with this place." *I then return to the shadows and the guiding red light re-appears. I step out of the shadows next to Leiton and examine the symbols on the wall.* "Hmmm, this is the ancient BlodDemn language. Very old. Let me see.... Uhhhh, this one means 'Control'. This one means 'boil'. and this one... this one means... 'blood' I think. Fitting, for a place that contains the last scrap of blood magic left. Not sure these symbols mean anything now though.*
 
[We are still quite aways away from the final chamber, incase anyone didn't know.]

hey guys i dont mean to intrupt you or anything, but could you be kind enough to scope out the pressure pads so we dont kill our selves before we reach the chamber?

Danny stayed close to Cassandra, ears pricked.  The musty air lay stagnant around them, mold and dust tickling their noses.  Her fur stood on end.  "It is way too quiet in here.  Please tell me it's nearby.  There's something not right at all," she said, barely louder than a whisper.  Her paw pressed on a pressure pad as her donned her claws.  A door slid open.  Her swiveled her ears in that direction, straining for any warning.
 
(I can't wait to fight.  Imagine the possibilities!  Shadow sprites, imps, flesh eating spider bats...  *Stares into space.*  Oh Stork, you'd make it a blast with that paranoia of yours...)

[Shadis]

[Leiton's in charge of the baddies. He gets to choose what runs out at you.]
 
*I notice that a pressureplate has been tripped and I rush back as a shadow.*

(I know.  Just giving ideas.

((Sorry, I was busy doing laundry ))
Mawz reached up to touch the runes as Shadis left. As he traced the first rune, the circle began to glow with dark purple energy. He jumped back, cursing, as... something slowly came out of the wall. It had blood red eyes that shone through the darkness, but other than that, it didn't really seem to be entirely there. It uttered a wild shriek and sped its entrance into this world.

[Shadis]

[Ok, I'll make this a humorous trap as Leiton fiddles around with ancient magics and probably casues all of our deaths  ]
 
*I enter the area where the rest of the group is. I look to where the door opened, only for it to reveil a small chamber with skeletal remains of some long dead lizard creature. I laugh* "Hmmm, clearly they forgot to feed the poor bugger!"

(...That'd be so much fun to play with...  Do they come back after you know who wakes up?  Please?)
 
Danny growled and swiped at the eyes.  "Right now is not the time to joke."

[Shadis]

[The Bloodied isn't a necromancer. Since they have no blood, he cares not for them. Scarlet on the other paw...]
 
"Heh, sorry. Couldn't resist. Hey, did you hear something?"

[Cifero Windtail]

"Yes, a bad Nick Cage rip-off," Joseph said.
Silence.
"Oh, you meant besides that! Well, let's see what's around, shall we? Alright! A pebble, another pebble, skeletal remains, another pe..."
Joseph looked back at the remains. "Um, those things just moved..."

[Shadis]

"No you fool, the whole room moved!" *Thud* "Ummmmm, I don't like the sound of that... Maws? What do you see?"
 
[Gotta wait for Leiton now]

[Leiton]

((Sorry. Just got back from meeting a few furs ))
 
Mawz backed up against the wall and cursed again. The wall behind him began to glow. He dove back down the hallway and put both of his paws on the ground.
"Shadis, I might need some help with this one... Ever fought a demon before?"
The other wall he had backed up against had another red-eyed mass coming out of it. He lifted his paws slowly. Each was followed by a shadowy tentacle-like things that groped in the air towards the demons.
