Danny walked out onto the bridge.  "Well we're not going to get to the other side if we don't start.  And frankly, I want out of this place."  She walked uneasily onto the stone, gulping when she looked down.  Without rails, the walk was perilous, incredibly narrow.  At points it narrowed to barely a foot width across.  "Come on Danny.  You can do this.  Just like a tree branch," she whispered to herself.

[Kaya]

Cassandra smiles breathing deeply and walks ont the bridge. "Come along nowdont be shy. " she laughs as she pratically sails across the bridge shoving pst danny.

[Aldrea945]

Danny's paws slipped off the bridge, screeching and leaving her clinging to the side.  Her hands could fit across the whole bridge at that area.  Stones clattered off.  "A little help please!"

[Shadis]

*As quick as he could, Shadis rushed to Danny's side and hoisted her up with a surprisingly strong grip. He scowled at Cassandra.* "I should push you in for that! Are you trying to kill her?!" *However, before Cassandra could respond, A loud screeching sound is heard to the right of the bridge. Immering from the magma pool twenty soem feet below, a flaming fire demon climbed out of the inferno. It looked around sleeply, not yet aware of our precense. I whisper.* "shit. everyone keep quiet."

[Cifero Windtail]

"YAAH!"
Joseph swung the sabre at his assailant, who, shortly after being sighted, had rushed at him, a sword gripped in its hand. The demon parried the attack easily and aimed a blow at Joseph's head. He barely ducked in time.
"He-he-he!" the creature said, parrying another swing from Joseph. "You have no chance against me, pup. I was created to defeat ALL... and not once have I failed." He kicked Joseph in the chest, sending the crat flying down the hallway.
Joseph landed with a thump. Slowly, he pulled himself to his feet, and then he looked right at the demon...
And grinned.
"Bring it."

[Shadis]

*I whisper to the group* "Quickly, escape while that thing eats Cifero." *I proceed to hurry down the hall, away from the demon. The demon mearly laughs at Zhono and opens his mouth, breathing out fire at Cifero. The flames spray upon him, searing his flesh and burning his deeply.*

[DE]

*DE unfurls his wings and launches himself into the air, speeding after the others...*

[Cifero Windtail]

(Wolf, none of you can see me right now. I'm in an alternate dimension that happens to be within the normal dimension. This battle is unknown to everyone else....)
(But I think I now have a way to get into the real...)
As the demon charged at him, Joseph heard a screeching sound to his left. He turned to see a flame creature heading right at him.
"Crud!" he yelled, stepping backwards just before the beast struck. After the blast, he rose to his feet...
And fell to his knees as a long knife skewered his bad shoulder.
The demon looked down at him, grinning as he watched Joseph react to the renewed pain in his left arm. "I told you... I cannot lose!"
He took hold of the blade and began to twist it around.
"AAGH!" Joseph wailed as the demon  basically carved a hole out of his shoulder.
The evil swordsman grinned, ripping the blade out of Joseph. "Heh. You don't deserve death. But unfortunately, I have no other option..."
The demon summoned a huge, dark broadsword,  a blade of pure shadow. Taking the weapon, the demon made a few practice slashes, testing the weight.
Joseph, though in great pain, saw his sabre lying within reach. Not that it would do him any good...
And then he remembered his new power.
The evil swordsman grinned as widely as possible.
"Good Bye, pup... Say hello to Satan for me!"
The demon raised the sword over his head...
And opened his eyes with shock as Joseph stabbed him in the heart with his lit-up sabre,
Joseph grinned. "You first."
He released the light energy into the villain, sending them tumbling into the fire, then sheathed his sword and ran like heck towards his allies,  barely making it through the doorway to relative safety before collapsing from blood loss.

(You guys weren't waiting for me, were you? o.o You were welcome to keep going! I had quite a few pages to read, took me a few days

Also, I'm not sure if you had anything planned for the next room, where my character is, so I'm leaving the description intentionally vague. Hope that's okay.)

"...when the worlds of good and bad collide, gotta fight...day and night...~"

In the area on the other side of the magma cavern, a cheerful tune echoed and cut the surrounding silence. A figure marched along happily, her footsteps in time with the beat of the music. The quiet trundle of wheels on stone accompanied her as she went along her merry way, seemingly oblivious to the perils of the temple.

"Now, where is that treasure..."

Jessica Black stopped in her tracks, and looked back into the deep metal cart that she was pulling along. It looked emptier than it should be. There was a metal crate inside, which seemed to emit rainbow glows through the cracks in its lid. But other than that...the cart was filled with only a handful of shiny precious stones, jars of collected herbs and spices, and the odd golden block scattered about.

The girl's face fell. "If I don't find some expensive treasure soon, I'll barely break even for this trip!" she whined, apparently a big fan of talking to herself. Well, there wasn't anyone else to talk to after all...

Fidgeting with the goggles on her forehead, the fox looked around, hoping to spot a path that might lead into the depths of the temple. The best treasure was always underground, right?

Jessica's ears twitched, as an abnormal sound pierced the darkness. Yells and screams? ...The snarling roar of a giant beast?? The sounds were muffled. She looked to her right, where she saw a giant stone door blocking her path. Yep, the commotion was definitely coming from the other side.

"Hmmm~ And here I thought I was all on my lonesome!" she huffed, and rather than being relieved, as you'd think someone would be in a place as dangerous as this temple...she actually looked annoyed! "Well if they think they're gonna steal my treasure, they've got another thing coming!"

(Uh oh....)
 
(Oh, and guys, I'm out of the dream world now. I only had to defeat the one trapping me there... and that was the swordsman.)
(So... think you could help me not bleed to death? Please?)

[Sorry Cif, I forgot entirely!    also, Wocky, we dont really have a plan going. We are are going to travel for aways through this dungeon. I will decide when we have reached the end. Unfortunatly, that wont be for a long time because my co-host Kaya will be out of commision for a month, and sinse she is in control of our big enermie's assistant, I am unsure when we should reach the send ]
 
*I quickly catch Cifero and begin bangading his wounds.* "Glad to see you could join us mister. Good work slaying that monster by the way.*

Dew to much dilberation and and begging on wolfs part I am going to try to keep up with this rp. Aldrea if you could. Would you do the honnors of controling scarlet if I am unavaiable but cear it through me? )

cassandra stood back watching everything, the same voice she heard eariler was crystl clear now. see darling did I not tell you that. Monster would come. You can trust me. I helped bring you back. You owe me the favor. You need to relece me so I can awaken my master... cassandra smiled a bit and under her breath said "yes miss I shall return the favor."

Joseph manages a weak grin. "Th-thank you, sir...."

Danny hung back after thanking Shadis, shaken by her near fall.  Sweat ran down the back of her neck from the high temperture.  "We need to keep moving everyone.  I don't think we need to stay on the bridge, and I'm NOT going back across."  She knelt down and pressed her already mud and blood stained hands to Joseph's wounds.
 
(Sure Kaya.  I can do that.  )

*After Cifero's wounds were tended to, I re-rally the group and we exit the smoldering chamber. We travel un-interupted in the darkness for a while, untill we accenedtally stumble upon Jessica Black. Instinctively, I draw my swords and growl.* "Who are you, traveler? Explane yourself, now!"
