"Say. Haven't I seen you in here before?" He asked as he took off his long overcoat revealing an untucked white shirt. "You have been in here before, haven't you?"

"I knew it. Your that fox that saved that building of people a while ago right?"

" yeah that was me." * i take a sip of my coffee, testing the heat* "i've never seen a blue panda. you new here?"

"Yeah. I used to go to the one on the other side of town, but I got sick and tired of the service, plus I wanted to try something," he continued with quoting fingers, "different."

The morning had started out kinda slow for this particular feline, a groggy facial expression shown she had one heck of a horrible morning to herself. Dainty greyish-white paws pressed against the shoppe's door, Lightly pushing and/or grabbing the handle to enter such a place. Mara nose twitched rapidly at the smell of brewing coffee which managed to make a smile grow upon her face. "....Mmm. " With that she headed towards the counter, staring over at the menu of delicious brewed beans.

* noticing a new furry walk in, i turn to jesse. " excuse for a moment, please." then i get up and walk over to the new comer, and from what i can tell, she'd be a good ally for whatever was coming, or maybe just a good friend. " excuse me, but we have an empty seat up and the bar would you like to join us?" i ask, then i gesture over to Jesse.*

"Yeah! Come on over!" He said back to her.

"sigh, what a  horrible day" the tried black fox said turning around the corner to see a coffee shop "hmmm..." she said as the comforting smell of freshly brewed coffee met her small nose. She entered the shop looking around a little bit first 'Seems like a good place' She thinks siting down at a chair all by herself, ordering some coffee in hopes of unwinding from a stressful day.

Sitting in a booth against the wall that was not too far from the bar, Nyx was just getting into the new comic book she'd just bought in a shop across the street. It was a thick book that contained all of the Marvel's Secret Wars series. All twelve issues packed into one comic book. She adjusted her thick framed glasses and blew the hair that hung in front of her face to the side for the moment. She had just delved into all the heroes finding a strange structure in the middle of Central Park when she was interrupted by hostess. "Can I get you something?"

Peering over the book, she wrinkled her nose at the thought of coffee. The only reason she'd come here is because it was peaceful and she remembered that this place sold the best chocolate chip cookies. Nyx sat her book aside and dug into her pocket for some change. "I'll tell you what... You can get me one of those wonderful chocolate chip cookies." she said finally breaking the silence. Pulling a dollar bill and some change out of her pocket, she handed it to the hostess who disappeared to go get her order. The cagon picked up her comic book and continued to read, allowing her imagination to wander as she did so.

Mara head snapped up slightly towards the two that was seemingly calling her over for conversation. A swift grin curled up upon her face, showing much appreciation for the nice offer. With that she leaned up, standing completely to her feet as she made her way over towards the two. Taking the empty seat next to'em." Hey, Of course. I would love to join you two." Propped her arms within her lap, crossing one over the other.

Nyx jumped when the hostess returned with her cookie. She'd been so absorbed in her book she'd almost forgotten why she was here. "Here ya go, hun." The hostess said placing the cookie on the table in front of her along with her change.
"Thanks." the cagon said placing her book beside her on the booth she was sitting and grabbing the cookie. The sweet scent semmed to dance around her nose as her mouth salivated in wait of the warm chocolate chip cookie. She took a bite out of the cookie and continued to read observing some of the furs across the room when she paused to eat her cookie.
