And yes. Love is a chemical reaction that can be replicated, knowledge fo all things (although still technically a chemical reaction in the way it's stored xD) is not.

Yes, animals don't understand language, they understand tone or volume, yelling at animal in a deep voice makes it clear to said animal that they did something wrong.
