Free line art from a wide variety of artists! You can color it yourself or get someone else to color it to have your own character art. Some of these also allow you to change or add species features if you can draw them in, if you're looking for something more specific.

gimp 2.6.10 or fire alpaca are good free softwares ^ - ^ I reccomend gimp as I use it for all of my art. Make sure it's 2.6.10.

Nobody has commented here in a while. 
I've been looking for a good snake with arms, and kinda like one I saw, but it has a cobra hood. I would do one myself but I'm terrible at drawing on technology. (Not that I was good anyway lol). To be more specific I'm looking for a python/boa and a viper.
