Guys, i have come up with a possible solution to oppose the demon army:
A rebbelion army that consits of civilians with combat experience, i would believe they rebel, after all were looting and murdering them.

Well, actually the dragon hunter makes it easy, as he could act as a catalyst for the rebellion. Since it is actually plausible it would almost be necessary... and in fact already started several posts ago.

oki, going for it? bit not yet, there must be absolutely NO clear hints about the rebelion, everything covered and such, but not revealed until the end of the book

Grace was already attacked by angry mob which got their hands flash-frozen, so the rebellion is already there.

So, to sum up all the locations, a bit differently stated than in the older posts but in turn consistent with the newest Wolfydan's post (with Hunter's location being magically Hazelwood ):

• Grace and Lumi are now on the way to the village without a dock where the latter has instituted a constitution, I think it's good to name the village Tinsbury for easier references. They'll stay there for a while. Lumi was on the way to Hazelwood and already far from Tinsbury when she spotted Cifero, but they turned back to Tinsbury afterwards as the rest of the party went to Hazelwood,
• Kim, Cifero and the Cifero's infinite threat horse are nearby the village with a dock Hazelwood. Hunter has decided to oversee Hazelwood and apparently is going towards the inn in the docks
• Lorkin and Shashoh Long (not Logan ) are in Hazelwood, Lorkin wandering around and Shashoh in the inn,
• The opposing force (Kastor, Gaara etc.) is in their camp, training.

IF Wolfydan meant that Hunter is in Tinsbury, though:

• Grace and Lumi are staying in Tinsbury,
• Kim, Hunter, Cifero and the Cifero's horse are somewhere in Tinsbury as well,
• Lorkin and Shashoh are in Hazelwood,
• The opposing force is in their camp, training.

Right?

It's a little confusing, but Wolfydan said Hazelwood, so I'm for the first option too.
