Gather 'round rascals, and I'll tell you how I got this big ol' scar on my head. It was many years ago, I was just a wee lad. My parents were out on a date night and it was just me my older sister and a babysitter at home. At some point during the night I ended up with a piece of cellophane. I eagerly rand down the hall to the kitchen where the garbage can was. This hall wasn't straight, it had a curve to it and for some reason or other, my head came into contact with the corner at the curve. Now, foreheads don't take too kindly to hitting walls and it started to bleed. A lot. My sister came over saw all the blood, went pale and called out for the sitter. The sitter came over, saw all the blood, went pale and got on the phone and caller her mother. Her mother drove over, came in, saw all the blood and went pale and called the restaurant my parents were eating at. They came home, saw all the blood, and went pale. They then drove me to the ER. And that is the story of why I have a 3 inch scar on my forehead.

I have a similar story to ^ but it wasnt a wall, it was an open stove. Thing was very old, raised from the floor- right in front of the back door xD

Well, I recently had teeth removed, and tomoorow I'll have four more yanked from my skull in the back of "the party van" with a set of rusy pliers as I believe my dentists called the FBI.
OT: I was practing knife combat (like I do in my spare time) on a thin tree(sapling) and cut it in half, which then made an older knife fall free from another tree (most likely via slamming into it) and it cut into my arm(little inch long cut) through my hoodie. After that the sapling hit me and I threw it like a spartan javelin. Later that day, I must have  pissed off a collared lizard, for it tried to climb into my brain (It crawled on my face near my eyes for a moment), so I head banged it off. All in all most random wounds I've gotten other than a brush to the arm that numbed it slightly.
(My friend laughed at the headbanging, since my hair is now down to the small of my back)

As much as i go outside and stuff, I rarely get into accidents. I got four of my fingers smashed into a door after trying to immitate my science teacher. When he shuts the door, he doesn't use the handles. He puts his hand inside the door hinge area and pulls  on the door, then removes his hand to avoid getting smashed. Me and my friend always cringe at that, afraid that he might actually smash his hand. Well I was trying to explain to my mom what happened, demonstrated it, and smashed all four fingers except the thumb. They felt like pancakes, and smelt like burnt toast.

Another time I was putting things in my dad's trunk and the trunk fell on my head and hit me, leaving a bruise. That's why I don't like putting things in the trunk anymore or even putting my hands in the trunk area. When I put things in car trunks, now I just throw them in the trunk about 3 feet away from the car.

I too smashed my finger in a door when I was little and from that day on I learned that doors are evil

My friend broke his arm really seriously while after off his bike.

The thing was though, his bike was stationary.

He just landed on his elbow awkwardly. ... we all still make fun of him though, because it's an achievement if you can do that much damage from falling off a bike that's not moving.

you'd be surprised how much damage falling 4 feet can do to one area if you land square on it, on something as hard as concrete
