Work has to be done to understand the concept of morality, for as ZombiezuRFER said, good and evil are relative; but that is not to say we should go above those realms, for they are subjective for the species, concepts made for life by life. What is good and what is evil is crafted by us as humans, to tell what is good and what is evil, we consider murder evil, there isn't a universal document somewhere stating that it's evil, but we still consider it evil and that is because it allows humans to trust each other and be able to co-operate to a better scale. If a murdered believes that murder is good and he does murder people, on must ask the question, should he be prosecuted because the ideals of good and evil are subjective? The answer, it's up to the majority of life whether he should be prosecuted. Relativistic Morality is something that I believe is entirely true, but it in no way voids the concept of morality, it becomes a whole system of majority rules and what the majority of society dictates is good and evil, will become that way and those who do not follow societies laws will be punished.
