*presses a button on the side of the machine, and instantly falls over as the airvents activate; he stands up, one foot at a time, on what appears to be the AIR ITSELF! Nikolai is unaware of this, being blindfolded, but the air seems to be a solid platform for Lokyar. He retrieves his bat as the puck deploys into the center of the table with a "Shlip* kind of sound. He rushes forward as a totally insubstantial and insensate blue sphere extends to cover the table.*

((The air is to make it kind of fair that he is stood on a platform with air shooting out of it; also it means that the puck can travel underneath me. The blue sphere again is merely to make it fair; it lets me see the puck if it is behind me. Using both will drain me incredibly fast, meaning my reactions will slow as the game continues; I will represent this by rolling a d20 on each shot, and reducing the number needed by 1 every second one of my gaming posts. Starting at 19; this does not count as the first.))

Indrik entered the building. He didn't know who to ask to go where, so he shouted. Loudly.

"Anyone seen a lizard here? Spiny skin, looks dark and edgy. Has a stare that makes the children cry."

[Maleficent]

Nocturn heard the shout echo throughout the vast complex. Downing the remainder of his beverage, he turned and moved away from the bar area, heading towards what he perceived to be the origin of the loud call. He identified an unmistakable figure standing near the entrance. Nocturn approached the newcomer.


"Now that you're indoors, might want to consider using your indoor voice, m'kay?"

*Notices a cry in the distance and wonders what it may be*

"Enough talk. Let's fight." Indrik challenged the moloch, before moving down to look for the arena. To his pleasant surprise, it was the next floor down. Indrik set Predator and Wrath of Gaia against a wall and waited.

*uses the sound of his voice to disguise a clumsy block and attempt on goal.*
