a Customer Attempted to say that we swapped out his laptop.....for an old one and his was the only Samsung in here in 4 months no other Samsung's.......Hehehehehehehehe

.....he just wants a new laptop for free.....i could see it in his eyes...his lies....so i took 20 mins and took pics and sent em to the boss and hes coming back tomorrow.....i wish i could have sacked him in the head with it.....im still shaking and furious....and usually i'm calm......and i only made 1 smart ass remark.....i told him we could order new stickers....i wanted to say so much more
