I have trained for 6 years and been in multiple self defence situations.
I haven't won them all. I know when something isn't worth the risk.
I've had things happen to me that left me scarred.
I am shy and quiet and rarely speak up for myself.
I know I haven't given myself the best image, but I have a brain and tend to use it more than the average teenager.
