Alright, in through the nose. Use your diaphragm, push out your gut. Now, out through the mouth with a good hardy "f@%$!" Be sure it comes from the diaphragm, this is excellent stress relief.

It's a sweet move as far a parenting goes, but it's so true... I never needed to swear anywhere near as badly before driving!

My dad invented Orcish swearwords when my sister was born in order to continue being able to swear while playing D&D without letting her hear them swearing. (we were not in the game, but could sometimes hear bits of it)
