Chez ive worked in customer service for years, be a bitch if you have to but get confirmation of your order. Tell them that if you dont hear from them by the end of the day, you will cancel your purchase and take your business elsewhere.
If they dont reply by tonight, contact your bank and get them to reverse the payment. Dont take any promises from them or a "we'll look into it" theyre just delaying tactics. Confirmation or reverse payment, make your line in the sand and stick to it
