Well, the thing about fire is it's just movement,
well actually that's temperature as a whole,
but sometimes the movement of particles can be so much it changes the activity level of chemicals allowing them to oxidize,
the intense heat also vibrates electrostatic charge emitting electromagnetic radiation (EMR = Light)
Freezing fire, would hinder all movement, allowing the actual existence of fire to be impossible.

also do you have a faverout brand of lighter or matches
and one more sub topic for us whats the coolest lighter you have ever seen because i saw this swat lighter,  the flame was blue almost non visible

haha i was so tempted to get a bag of neon fire place match sticks. just like my grandfather used to let me play with when i was a kid. :)v they are so swanky. :3

and i was going to well h=get another neon pink zipo but i already have like three. XD
