Warren's dad almost flowed across the room as his robes fluttered behind him towards Warren.
"Listen to me" he said in his deep voice, a Scottish accent seeping through as he spoke "for I shall only say this once"
He moved face to face with Warren as Warren stood there, in disbelief, his primary knowledge that this was his dad were the photos on the dresser in his mum's room.
"No doubt you have discovered the true use of the ring I left you and the energy inside it. However that is not the point. Perhaps you know I am part of the cult set to kill you and your friends, however I am part of a small resistance and it's been hard enough keeping the flow of people you face to a minimum and it's getting harder with every passing moment. I have come as a warning that more will be here soon, but keep hope up, if you truly are my son, then you have a lot more power than you think" the room suddenly blackened as even the light became impossible to see, only the glowing blue eyes of Warren's dad could be seen.
"Knock knock" he said as the light came back, his father gone.
Warren was still processing everything when there was a knock at the door, sending shivers down Warren's spine.
