Blinded In Chains

Zephyr patted Kitane on the shoulder. "Welccome back," he said. "Now let's fight these guys." With those words, he drew is gun and started firing into the vampire crowd.

Still walking in the trance, she doesn't seem to feel the pats on her shoulder as she walked.

Zephyr turned his head. "Oh, for the love of..."
Suddenly, something plowed into the hoard hacking fiercly with a pair of silver kitchen knives.
"Jeff!" Zephyr shouted.
"Go with her!" Jeff said, chuckling. "We've got this."
Zephyr nodded and followed Kitane.

Stopping again, she shudders and tries to regain control, succeeding this time. Putting up a mental block, she hisses and continues forward at a sprint. She knew where the one was who was trying to control her from her visions. "No one's dying today!" She hisses, drawing her silver clockwerk sword.

Zephyr followed her still, firing back at pursuing vampires every once in a while. He heard a noise and suddenly Isabel was running beside him.
"Mind if I join you?" she asked.'
"Not at all."

Still focused on her main goal, she leaps over a rather tall fence, disappearing into the woods behind the graveyard. She leaves no trace to follow, skilled in making sure that no one follows after.

Zephyr and Isabel hopped the fence, keeping their eyes on Kitane.
"We can't lose sight of her," Isabel said. "She's not leaving a trail."

Having made it farther into the woods than expected, she growls and stops. The presence she had felt was close, the one that tried to take control of her.

Atticus walked out from behind a tree and smiled at kitane," your so predictable kitane... There was no way that i was gonna let you out of my site."

Skidding to a stop, her eyes are still wild and her breathing slightly heavy. "It's still here." She says, sniffing the air.

Jeff kept hacking and slashing at the vampires, hitting them everywhere.
"Go to sleep!"
 
Zephyr walked in behind them, Isabel close behind.
"What's still here?" they asked simultaneously.

Catching the sound of movement, she bolts forward with a gun and her sword in hand. "Quiet." She hissed, clearly determined and pissed.

Zephyr nodded silently, not saying a word and following quietly.

Keeping her ears pinned back and her gaze straightforward, she remains silent for a few minutes, getting her thoughts in order. "I'm not sure." She finally hissed, taking a deep breath and exhaling.
