Blinded In Chains

[Kitane Blackfyre]

Kitane stretches and leans against the wall, looking out the window. It would be a mere few hours before they had to leave. A hesitant sigh escapes from her and she walks outside.

[Cifero Windtail]

Zephyr nodded. "Alright then, Aspen, I won't,"  he said gently, smiling. He looked over at Atticus. "She was flung from the heavens by that ****-***king bastard, Saint Peter."


(Feel free to yell at Zephyr.)

aspen whimpered softly as she attempted to spread her left wing, yelping in pain "WAIT!......i....do need help...b-but it hurts..."

[Cifero Windtail]

Zephyr nodded. "Ok, Aspen..." He looked over his shoulder at Atticus. "I believe this is your area of expertise..."

[Kitane Blackfyre]

Kitane sits alone outside in the grass, her knees drawn up to her chest and staring up at the darkening clouds. A light breeze blows around her black and red streaked hair and fur, a slight sigh escaping from her. She had a hard decision to make as well as fight this battle. Given the choice, she would still be running from her problems instead of facing them head on. She would still be locked in her home where no one would track her there. She sprawls out on her back, her eyes devoid of emotion or any sign of responding for now.

(sorry for the long delay in posting, i am going through alot.)

Atticus looked at aspen and then watched kitane walk out of the house. He sighed slightly and walked over slowly, looking directly into her eyes,speaking in the ancient language,"I will not hurt you, i am only here to help you." he knelt down beside her and he closed his eyes. His hand hovering over her wing and a blue light started to flow  from his hand to her wing. He stayed like that for a few minutes and when he opened his eyes, her win would e fully healed.

He opened his eyes and smiled, tiredness clear in his expression,"there, all better." he stood up and wobbled slightly because of lightheadedness. He smiled at her and then turned to him," she should be fine." he closed his eyes and he walked outside and laid next to kitane, putting an arm around her. He paused then said,"what are you thinking about?"

[Kitane Blackfyre]

Unconsciously, she curls up at his side, laying her head on his chest. "Just that there is going to be a terrible loss during this battle, and I really don't want to see any one of you harmed by my problem." She sighed. Her tails twitch a few times but otherwise lay still in the grass. She closes her eyes and lays her tails over both if them. "But I know everything will be okay afterward." She whispers, a slight smile quirking the corners of her mouth.

aspen spread her wings, slowly at first, then closing it, she stepped away from the others and threw her wings open with a loud crack like the sound of breaking bones, to their full 18 foot length and folded them shut quickly with a loud whoosh, creating a powerful gust through the room. "oops i probably should not be doing that indoors...but they are fine now."

Zephyr smiled. "It's fine, Aspen..." He held out a paw. "Nice to meet you."

aspen looked strangely at his paw for a moment "oh....um nice to meet you?......oooohh this must be the handshake thing the gaurdian  angels talk  about sometimes..........in heaven we.......uh greet each other differently"


aspen grabbed him in a tight hug, kissed him lightly on the forehead and stepped back "hmmmm thats strange, the kiss is glowing blue but you are turning red

Zephyr stared at Aspen, blushing deeply. "Uhhhhhh...." he said, unable to think of anything to say.

Axel smiles slightly. "Good to see you're better." He nods with a slight tilt of his head.

upon noticing him aspen bows to axel "thank you, i owe you my life, if not for you, who knows who might have discovered my body.....or their possible intent"

"It is not in my nature to just pass up someone injured. I will gladly help anyone in need." He smiles, blinking a couple times.

[Cifero Windtail]

Zephyr still stares straight forward, still a bit stupified from the kiss. "Um... yeah. M-me too."
