Blinded In Chains

Ryan watched as the man wormed away from him, allowing him to instead land silently on the ground with his body being pulled upon slightly from the force of gravity. Thinking for a moment, the Fox raised his hand and spun it through the air giving it a twist, causing the wires he held to tangle up on multiple objects in the area before disappearing once more. He'd reappear behind the man, and gave the wires a tug, creating a rather annoying screeching metallic sound from all around while the fox thrusted his blade forward aiming for the spine, if it had contact, the fox would then force it down to split the man's back open.

Covering his ears, he grunts as he feels the point of the blade against his back, spinning and bringing Atticus' blade in an upward arc. Moving faster than light, Mudvayne stops the sword with her own, not having the gears spinning yet. She smirked and knocked him away, glancing back at Ryan. "You alright?"

Aspen looks around confused "what's going on?"

Zephyr stared at Aspen, cussing in a billion languages in his head as he silently slinked over to help her out.

The fox's head shifted a little some, and a sound of multiple joints cracking filled the air. “Still bored, don't see this escalating any further... coup de grache.” the fox responded dryly as he shifted his blade by his side and gave it hard flick, knocking the blood to the floor before rising it up again. He pulled on the wires once again causing the annoyingly loud screeching sound of metal once more and charged forward, his bare feet silently bringing him closer to the man with his blade by his side. A moment later, the fox shifted off to the side, and twirled his blade so it was now held upside down. He cut across the front once again, still remaining silent while he attempted to ram his blade through Kitane's father's left ear and out the other ear.

She snorted and gave a quick roll of her eyes, following closely behind the fox. She made naught a sound as she moved, staying back a few feet. Kitane's father however, still had his ears covered, deflecting the point of Ryan's blade with the bracers at his wrists.

When his blade was ripped from his hands, he snarled and balled his fists, bounded on the balls of his feet, making sure he was silent, and he swung a right hook into the father's nose, then quickly swung a left haymaker into hi jaw as he opened his mouth from the first shot. Atticus smiled and jumped back, dodging and swaying like a sapling in the wind. He was an expert at hand to hand combat, and this prooves it. He countered every swing with a punch of his own, he smiled the entire time.

Upon watching his blade being deflected by the bracers, the fox simply redirected his blade and made an attempt to jam it through the eye socket instead. His other hand pulled out another handful of caltrops and simply brought them up to force feed them into the other's mouth while he was distracted.

With the barrage of hits and sword attacks, a crack could be heard as well as a snap. He jumps away from them, his head lolling back and his chest cavity caved in. Mudvayne watches, her ears perked forward as she catches movement under the surface of the skin. "GET DOWN NOW!" She shouted, her eyes narrowed as she places up a barrier made of ice infused with shadow.

Atticus quickly looks at mudvayne and he jumped back quickly, and he hit the ground, covering his head for as much protection as he could. He thought to mudvayne,"what's going on?"

She casts small half ice domes around the others and ducks behind her own barrier. Before she could say anything back, a hissing sound fills the air, along with an explosion of tiny blades and another round of poison gas. 'That.' She grunts back, peering over the barrier, her eyes narrowed yet again.

The fox's weight leaned back to do a quick roll backwards to pull himself away from the man when he spot the odd movement from under the skin, and came back to his feet in a half crouched stance next to Mudvayne. His tail flicked silently in the air with his lenses set dead on the body ahead of him. He calmly watched the blades erupt against the barrier that had been created. The air it's self becoming thick in poison was still hardly enough to cause the fox to flinch.

 
His blade was tossed up into the air, and was caught at hip level, now held right side up with the fox slowly standing up straight. His large ears perked up some to act as radars to keep track of any movement near them. The fox spoke dryly, “You have an odd family--- girl.”

"You mean Kitane. I'm her demon, Mudvayne." She grinned slightly. She melts the barrier quite a bit and the blades clang to the ground, her ears flicking as she silently walks backwards. Kit's father appears before her and she turns the gears to her blade on. Both take to the air, a flurry of blades and sparks, the odd ice shard flying in some odd direction. After a few moments, he disappears and she stops, not even breaking a sweat, though her skin cracking in a couple spots along with several cuts and gashes. She hovers for a few moments more before gliding to the ground, turning the gears of her blade off. A piercing scream echoes through the air and she's stopped, mid-air with Kitane's father right in front of her.

"What have you to say, filth?" He sneers. She grunts softly and looks down, the seal forming around his hand causing her to lose grip of her weapon. The clockwerk sword clangs against the ground and she hissed softly.

"You.. Won't last long here.." She says just loud enough before the seal finishes, the amethyst fading and the shadows taking their original positions. Kitane's body plummets to the ground, lifeless and cold to the touch.

Atticus stood up after it was safe to do so, the poison not affecting him at all. He looked back at mudvayne and went to run up to her, but he froze when he saw the seal around her. He heard the scream and then heard  her body slump to the ground, rage filled him. His visiOn turned red, and he sprinted at the man, slamming his shoulder into his back, right between his shoulder blades. As they went down, atticus ripped his sword out of the man's grasp, and jumped back off of hik, all while being silent. He waite for the man to start to get up, and he sprung at him, lighting his blade on fire with a single word, and he stabbed the man through his chest where his heart was supposed to be, all the way dow to the hilt. He quickly pulled it out, spun around and swung his sword at the mans throat.

He grabs the sword, spinning Atticus around and pressing the flat of the blade to his neck. "And what can you do? Your only chance of survival is gone, severed from this world. What do you have left?" He hissed into Atticus' ear. H smiled and released him, going for where his sword was lodged in the ground. He was affected by the sword through the chest, but wouldn't let it show.
