Hmm... I think the following are really not that great:

Spongebob
My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic
Jersey Shore
Bachelor or Bachelorette shows of any kind
90% of MTV's "content"
G4TV's Ninja Competition

And I'm not sure if this even counts as a show, but I would say that the movie channels on HBO, Cinemax, Starz, etc are usually movies you have never heard of.

I'm going to say my least favorite show would have to be My Little Pony or the movie channels entirely.

I'm a bit torn on Ben 10, I think for "worst show for me about 4 years ago" I would say the "Young Adult" Ben 10, Gwen, and Kevin was... pure failure.

However the original seasons were fine with me, I just.... don't like it. Kind of like what Disney did to Jake Long: American Dragon.

The original seasons were just FINE, then they went cheapo on the art style and everything went to crap in a hurry.
