What kind of jerk thing?

A car is speeding down the road and 3 people are crossing it. If you push a big fat man in front of the car the car will drift of the road and spare the 3 people crossing but killing the man you pushed in front of it OR you won't do a thing but there will be a 45% chance the car will hit those people.

Had a few wild snakes in the past but let them go, currently have a tarantula but I don't think those are exotic enough. However I when I was a baby we owned a piranha. However my dad sold it.
