1. Uses weapons
2. Mostly uses handheld weapons
Therefore it is implied that handheld weapons are fully protected by the constitution.

Also, in a non constitutional way, a criminal will get guns off the black market even if we have "gun control".

^^ In my opinion: Of course there should be gun control. If anyone could get their hands on a weapon, psychologically sound or not, then a lot of issues happen. With guns and other weapons should come a responsibility. I'm not saying guns should be banned or whatnot, but it should be regulated in order to at least decrease chances of more people getting their hands on weapons when they shouldn't (for whatever reason).
