(I'm assuming you mean a combat squad)

First man- minigun
Second man- shotgun
Third man- single-shot rifle
Fourth man- single-shot rifle

The minigun is there as sort of a feat factor- and is also useful against armoured enemies. The shotgun man is used when enemies come too close. The two riflemen attack enemies from a distance.

Personally, my 4man squad would be Grenadier, DM/Sniper, Rifleman, and SAW gunner
Grenadier handles demolitions and has a carbine, DM is designated Marksman for long/mid range combat, Rifleman is armed with either M4 or M16 or similar weapon, and SAW gunner is the guy that lays down supressive fire and chews up idiots. Overall, I think its a well balanced and Jack-of-all-trades squad.
