Yeah, I mean some people are smarter than others, but generally yeah, saying that humans are smarter than they really are can offer a sense of hope and likeness for the humans involved.

Yes, autoextinction is inevitable, assuming something unforseen doesnt kill us first (which is always a possibility).

Well why I do believe that biological weapons could be unimaginably devastating, the problem is that biological weapons don't work on machinery or drones. If one side fights with biological weapons and the other side fights with machinery, the machinery will win. So knowing that, I assume that the warfare with advance to the use of machinery, particularly drones (robots essentially). I think one day, humans won't even really be fighting, already we're beginning to rely more heavily on ordinance, drones and other factors rather than mobile infantry.

  What do you think is the best social structure? (IE: capitalist democracy, communist, dictatorship, etc)

Well, I think the ideals of this current economic system are very good, the consequences of having currency really, but it's the act that they are not modulated, people can abuse the system for personal gain. So; I would think the same as we have now, but more modulated, secured and observed, by both the public, private and state sectors.

If there was another sentient life in the galaxy and we found it. Would you contact them/approach them and if so how?

Currently available or theoretical? Theoretically I'm a proponent of the Dyson sphere (technically fusion :P even if it is just one large photocell)
