Should calm streets have street lights, or should they just be dark? (If the street is dark, you can of course still use your car/bike/whatever light.)

It's pretty, but nowhere near as pretty as stars in an unfouled night. (Besides that, if you like sneaking around trough forests at night, a bright, full moon can be both a blessing and a curse, but since I'm the one that's doing the sneaking, it's usually a curse...)
