Wellp, that's a fairly useless gimmick if you only get to teleport once and can only then get back by the conventional means you either could've used to get there, or aren't available / affordable to get you back home again. :P

But ignoring that, I'd love to go to the Northern US or Canada, because I really wanna see the places but I feel like the ticket prices are just a bit too much for me...

That's a fairly simple question, actually. Keeping the only teleportation for an emergency to either teleport myself home, the hospital, or wherever else the particular emergency asks for would be the sensible thing to do.

Ferry. More spacious than any other vehicle, and no exact need to walk to get from A to B.
