... Surprisingly down in the tropics there's a lot of pests. One of those pest that has coming and pooping everywhere are rats. I got a cat who eats anything (almost). He catches the rats but, I don't know how they keep getting away. To make a long story short, I would like that gift majorly for pest control.

Well, my neighbors are good, we have a nice deal going with one of them where we let him use our lawn mower to mow his lawn if he mows our lawn, so free lawn mowing. However, I live near a lot of pubs so there's usually some rowdy people yelling and screaming and carrying on late at night on Fridays.
