If it's a proper and well though-out rant it can be quite interesting... But if it's just someone sitting there bashing on something for hardly any other reason than for example "But *random person* said that thing sucks, then I have to think it sucks too" or something similar...
As for myself, I tend to rant alot, but that's because I'm a very sad and depressing person >->

Well, in a way it's not too surprising since there are several places where I've been writing about me hardly eating or sleeping... Might be my body is finally starting to collapse from the inside... (Nah, I ate yesterday and a few days before that and last night i went to sleep at 9pm and woke up at 4am... I'm getting better)
So I don't really think there's much to worry about anymore :'3



Speaking of that, should I try and sleep some more?

Sleep is good for you. It gives your body the time it needs to heal and recover from the previouse day's ordeals.

You had around 7 hours sleep, which is okay, but more sleep would be better for you in my opinion. Especially seeing as you woke up at around 4am. You'll want to be careful about that. It'll mess up your sleeping habits.
Best thing you can do is talk to a doctor about it. I'm no expert on this stuff, just speaking from experience.

My sleeping habits are already quite messed up, and that's why I wake up at around 4am in the first place x-x Some nights i don't go to sleep at all and so I sleep during the days instead, or then I just sleep for 3-4 hours and gets back up... But I'm getting better there too, even if it's going pretty slow x-x (tonight was the first night in a long time where I've been able to go sleep earlier than midnight :'D)
I've been talking to doctors about this and all they suggest is routines and medicine >.<


Am I weird to think sleeping and anti-depressive medicines are creepy?

I never really needed medicines, just a good routine.


Any reason they want you to take medicine?

I've been struggling with depression and sad events for quite some time now and they're probably getting tired of the slow results all the other forms of therapy and rehabilitation brings around... But I don't like the idea of eating something that will mess with my brains up to the point where my thoughts and feelings "won't be mine" but something caused by something else, like a zombie virus...




Does fries for breakfast sound like a bad idea? xP

As long as you eat something.

I can relate to that. I've had a lot of trouble sleeping and eating. Still do.
If you don't want to take the medicine they can't force you. They'll just have to be patient.

I'm going to sleep now. It's 3:43am here, so I should follow my own advise!
