Not a song per se, but perhaps Ludolf Nielsen's Forest Walk. It's a  symphonic poem.
I've always been obsessed with classical, most pieces wear off on me but that piece I can listen to once a week and never be bored of it. I can't really stand singing songs, though. A second is probably Arnold Bax's November Woods which is so often referenced in films and never gets old either.
