Honestly, I prefer demon, but I do like daemon as a sort of "alpha demon". But when referring to creatures of hell or some evil thing, I say demon :P

Depending on how far away they were.
Idk, if they were light years away I guess I'd research more, wait for reports to come in and be really excited :D
If they came to earth, I'd be honestly quite afraid at first, but eventually see if I could communicate with them some how. Also I'd ring someone and be like OMG ALIENS OR THINGS!!! XD

If you had to lose either Sight, smell, taste, touch or hearing. Which one sense would you lose?

but, definitely smell :P I've heard living without smell can be quite bearable, plus, you might lose some weight xD
sight, touch, and hearing are much too essential, imo :P

and taste...well...I just want more motivation to NOT starve xD although, it is a tough call between that and smell xP
