What do you like abour furries?

I'm new here and I must say that I like furries, but I have no idea why  .
So I was wondering, why other people Like furries,  What is the reason to like it?

So my qwestion is; What do you like abour furries? what is it for you that make furries so great?

Furries are so damn nice, talking to you, giving you hugs and stuff. Yeah, found that out at Anime North 2012.

They're a bunch of friendly who love to suit up or rp with their friends or with other people.

So Furies are people (with a fur) that are nice and respect the difference between people.

The people that I had meet with a tail and ears (at Animecon 2012 almelo), They all where nice and creative.
But there are also people that are nice and don't like Furies  Most of my friends don't like Furies but they have accept it that I like them.

For me It feels difference but a world where everyone is the same is a boring world

The furry community feels above all else like a group of close friends. People ask for help when they're going through dark times, they laugh and joke when the times are better. It's a great community to be a part of.

I also love the furry art (when it's SFW, of course) and sometimes just browse DeviantArt profiles of skilled furry artists.

The community is really great and accepting, furs themselves show an affection for... affection and perfection, it's quite a nice system

Guys, I'm assuming when he's saying "furries" he means anthropomorphic characters. If so, then the term is "anthropomorphic" or "furs", my friend.

Why I like...
Being A Furry: Being a furry makes me feel special, feel different, feel unique. I can actually be somebody aside from the constant teasing in my life.

Meeting Furries: It's nice to meet different people for once, learn about their things and traditions, like going to Japan to meet Japanese and learn what they do.

Anthropomorphic Animals In General: I love wolves. I love cats. I love dogs. Give em' clothes, and the ability to talk and stand upright and you have yourself an anthro animal, which are much more awesome! I find anthros so much better than humans. We're so boring.

Furries or anthropomorphics?
The fandom because we're a little collection of pariahs, and that's what I like in a person To date I haven't met a furry fitting the social norm.
Anthropomorphics because of the history and symbolism involved.

So the question is, when you say "what do you like about furries?"
 Do you mean, "what do you like about the community" or "what do you like about the art" let me explain:

Furries is the community, the people who consider themselves furries.
Anthropomorphic art is the actual ART that furries enjoy.

Example:

Furry:

(Obviously not all furries have a fursuit, but again a furry is someone who likes Anthropomorphic art)

Anthropomorphic art:

(The actual art furries enjoy)

Well I already answered for the community, for the art itself it's more the perfection, warm and cuddliness of the furries, they look more nice, cute and just generally better and more perfect than human pics

Well for me the furry community is like an underground organization of people all in on a certain theme (furries here  ) that unites them across different countries, ages, cultures, and lifestyles. When I became a furry, I felt as though I was joining this organization and becoming apart of something big, fun, and quite fuzzy!

Anthropomorphic content is just an extension of my interest in sci-fi/fantasy and animals. The fandom itself is a decent procrastination tool, and some nice artists that don't participate much in other communities post to places like FurAffinity and SoFurry.
